Why I write this

A consultant cannot publish the article you actually need. I can.

The study-abroad industry in India is enormous. Consultancies, lenders, visa agents, universities, education fairs. There is no shortage of content. There is a shortage of honest content.

The reason is structural. The people who write the most widely read articles work for companies that sell going abroad. A consultant who publishes “do not go to country X this year, the job market collapsed” is not going to keep their job. So that article does not get written. The reader who needs it does not find it. They sign the loan and find out the hard way.

I do not sell going abroad. I do not have a target. I do not have a partnership with any consultancy, any lender, any university, any visa agent. I have lived the decision, and I have watched what happened to the people who made it alongside me. That is the only credential this site needs.

My job is to put on paper what we wish we had read before we signed. If that helps one family avoid a 50 lakh mistake, the site has done its work.
